It varied. When I was a light drinker, a large glass of very cold orange or pineapple juice was enough to get me going-all the sugar and vitamins did me up right.
As the drinking became more frequent, my favorite morning after spot was a diner on 4th Ave that served cheeseburgers for breakfast. Two small cheeseburgers and a Coke. Colt 45 was available, but I never tried hair of the dog.
