Nov. 28th, 2007 10:26 pmWhoops, I'm still using "bandslash" to mean MCR, Fueled By Raman acts, ect.
Some of my friends in rockslash/band fandom that are not these bands are a little peeved by the wholesale takeover of the term.
So, those on my friends list into the bands we call "bandom bands"? Who wants to think of another name?
After all, Def Leppard/Bon Jovi/Police slashers did get here first.
(The term "ebandom" for emo bandom has been offered, but I don't think that's going to go over with a lot of us. Anything else?)
