Writer's Block: Hard to Say I'm Sorry

I've done lots I haven't apologized for, and I feel bad about things that happened years ago and probably were not my fault to begin with.
There's a person that I'll probably remember forever, a woman crying for help. I stood there and watched and the man backed off. But I didn't say anything, and had to way to call for help. I still feel like I should have done more.
